ASKED QUESTIONS
What
is appointment scheduling software?
Appointment
scheduling software allows you to organize an event for which exhibitors
want scheduled appointments with potential buyers. ExpoMatch® allows
you to automate event appointment scheduling by capturing exhibitor and
attendee preferences and generating appointment schedules for all participants
on a best match basis. ExpoMatch allows administrators to generate reports,
create badges, labels, programs, signage while keeping track of who's
attending special functions such as luncheons, banquets and receptions.
What
is the advantage of using ExpoMatch®
Online?
ExpoMatch®
is used in conjunction with an internet web server interface in order
to provide access to all remote users (including attendees, exhibitors,
and offsite administrative staff) via a web browser.
Online
registration saves time and money. We can program online registration
forms for you which will capture event registrant data directly from
your website to the ExpoMatch®
database. Online forms eliminate the need for manual input of the data
by your staff and can be programmed to ensure that remote registrants
complete the forms properly and enter the correct information.
As
well, the Online Administrative Center will allow you to manage your
event from anywhere in the world. You can approve/remove applicants,
send invoices and generate reports. The Communications Center allows
you to track contacts by their preferred contact method (mail, fax or
email) and you can create customized email lists.
It
is not necessary for you to have a website for your event or your own
internet server in order to take advantage of this capability. For more
information about the features of Expomatch®
online click here.
Some
of the delegates don't have internet access. How will they be able to
register?
The
automated email response system detects if registrants do not have an
email address and provide the administrator with a list of participants
who must be contacted by fax. We provide you with registration forms which
can be printed and then either mailed or faxed to the participant. The
administrator can then register the participant by entering the data from
the administration center.
